How Hard Is It Being a Teen?
How About Being the Parent of a Teen?

"Dr. Beth offers a unique and insightful perspective on the angst of being a teenager as well
as the confusing and sometimes frustrating role of being a teen's parent.
She enthusiastically and clearly reframes the maelstrom that sometimes results from
ongoing confrontation and gives the information and skills needed to move on constructively,
respectfully, in mutual support and awareness. Everyone will leave a Dr. Beth workshop
empowered with a new appreciation of themselves and their capabilities, as well as those
of their family members."
